Mike has been part of First Express Insurance for more than 15 years, proudly serving clients across Sidney, Hamburg, and Nebraska City. He is passionate about helping local farmers and families protect what matters most. Mike and his wife are raising their two daughters in the Sidney community, where they stay active and involved. Mike participates in the TeamMates Mentoring Program and serves as co-chairman of the Twin River Ducks Unlimited Chapter. In his free time he enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing.

Based in Omaha, Dawn is a dedicated insurance professional with over 25 years of experience helping clients navigate their personal insurance needs. She takes pride in designing customized solutions that fit each client’s unique lifestyle, giving them confidence and peace of mind. Dawn believes in building relationships rooted in trust and education, ensuring her clients truly understand their coverage. When she’s not helping clients, Dawn enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time with her husband Gary, their two grown children, and their rescue pup, Georgie. She’s grateful to be part of a team that values people and the communities they serve.

Caylie is a licensed insurance agent based out of the Arbor Bank branch in Oakland, Iowa. She helps clients with everything from crop and livestock insurance to home and auto coverage. A proud Iowa State University graduate with a degree in Animal Science, Caylie is passionate about supporting local families, farmers, and business owners. Living in Harlan, she loves being part of a small town where neighbors look out for one another, both on and off the farm. Caylie takes pride in helping her clients protect their livelihoods and feel confident about their future.
